Connor Wray was born and raised on Merseyside, where he has lived since 1992. In 2011 he enrolled on a BA (Hons) English Literature at the University of Reading, after which he would continue his studies toward an MA in Modern and Contemporary Writing. Since the tender age of twelve Connor has been involved with theatre and the arts. Having joined Off the Ground Theatre’s youth theatre in his early teens, he performed in many varied productions. In 2010 he graduated to the realms of professional acting, and now participates annually in Off the Ground’s European theatre tours. After many roles over the years, ranging from Antipholus of Ephesus in Shakespeare’s Comedy of Errors, to a Lycra-clad Cheshire Cat in Alice in Wonderland, Connor has turned his hand to writing, furthering the passion he developed for it during his degree. In 2015 he was commissioned by a theatre company to write an adaptation of the Zorro stories, currently set for production in Summer 2016.
